Are you interning this summer in a major metropolitan market? Planning to study abroad during Summer or Fall 2012? If so, you may qualify for the SOJ’s Student Enhancement Awards. The SOJ offers a limited number of awards to students who have secured major-market mass communications internships or who will study abroad in a professionally related program. This includes all areas of study—advertising, public relations, and journalism (print, television and visual). Awards typically range from $500 to $1,000.
