The Harry C. Hamm Family Scholarship is awarded to an upcoming sophomore, junior or senior college student who is in serious pursuit of a B.A. in Journalism or Communications at a West Virginia four-year institution. The application must be a graduate of a high school in either Brooke, Marshall, Ohio, or Hancock counties, and must have at least a 3.0 G.P.A.
